Filter Bags

Even the best quality silt fencing erected properly will not contain all the sediment within a construction site for two reasons:

1. disturbed earth may exist beyond the site perimeter; and
2. Silt can accumulate from access areas where vehicles are entering and leaving the site.

• Filter Bags capture silt that leaves the site, for the above reasons
• Filter bags are placed at the entrance to inlet drains.
